Shipping Information

General Information:

Texas Star Winery currently uses Fed Ex Ground. Packaging and delivery times will vary from 2 to 10 days.  Please note that wine cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, must be shipped to a physical address.

An adult, 21 or over, must sign for the shipment. You may ship to your office or work to ensure someone of the appropriate age can sign for the shipment.



Quantities:

By law, we cannot ship, to the same consumer in this state, more than 9 gallons (45 bottles) of wine within any calendar month or more than 36 gallons (181 bottles) of wine within any 12-month period.


Shipping Rates:
All of our shipping and handling charges include packaging in special boxes and pre-formed paper pulp cushioning.  Despite this, there may be breakage from time to time.  All such breakages will be rectified at the discretion of the carrier (FedEx) per their $100 per package default insurance.

Shipping wine is already a little pricey because of its weight, so we don't charge a penny more than our direct costs of the FedEx Ground charges and shipping materials.  The best way to save on shipping is to order more wine.
